Description

The aluderm Air-Vita® Bi-Protect ventilation aid has been specially developed for safe, hygienic, and easy-to-use emergency ventilation. It prevents any direct contact between the rescuer and the patient during ventilation, thereby minimizing the risk of germ or saliva transmission. Its tight-fitting, anatomically shaped mouth-and-nose mask and transparent face shield enable effective ventilation while allowing the rescuer to keep the patient’s face in view at all times. The ventilation tube, featuring a tight-sealing two-way valve system and an integrated protective filter, ensures that the patient’s exhaled air escapes in a controlled manner through side openings. The ventilation aid is easy to assemble, intuitive to use, and, thanks to its compact packaging, ideal for emergency or first-aid kits. It is a Class I medical device and belongs in every professional and workplace first-aid kit.
