Details

The B.Braun Mini-Spike® 2 Chemo is specially developed for the safe removal and addition of medicines, especially cytostatics. With its integrated 0.2 µm ventilation filter and 5 µm particle filter, it offers comprehensive protection against toxic aerosols and particles. The equipment with a needle-free safeflow valve enables a drop-free and automatically closed removal over the head, which minimizes the risk of leaks and contamination. The spike is available in variants with and without micros tip, whereby the micros tip is specially intended for removal from smaller medicinal products. Its simple disinfection process and compatibility with Luer-Lock or Luer-Steck Spray make it an ideal tool in oncology.
