This disinfectant solution is particularly gentle on the skin and contains nourishing ingredients that support the skin barrier. Altruan offers the Altruman® Hand Disinfectant —a ready-to-use and alcohol-free preparation for hygienic hand disinfection and hand washing. With its re-fatting formula from Aloe Vera, it shows particularly good skin compatibility. Additionally, we sell the Altrupure® Hand Disinfectant, which is a reliable solution for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection in high-risk areas. The alcohol-based formula with 73.5g ethanol per 100g effectively eliminates viruses and offers a high level of protection.

The wipes are made from 100% biodegradable material sourced from renewable resources and are CO2-neutral. The skin compatibility is dermatologically tested, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
