Description

Cutimed Siltec is a highly absorbent foam dressing for chronic wounds with low to high levels of exudate. Its foam structure absorbs wound exudate vertically—regardless of viscosity or volume—while also being highly permeable to water vapor. This creates an optimal moist wound environment without allowing exudate to spread across the surface.

The super-absorbent technology securely locks the exudate inside the product, even under compression. This is crucial in the treatment of leg ulcers, where constant pressure is applied to the dressing. The skin-friendly silicone film adheres gently, making it suitable even for sensitive skin.
