Beschreibung

HydroClean® cavity ist die innovative Lösung für die Behandlung von trockenen, leicht und mäßig exsudierenden Wunden, insbesondere bei Wunden mit beeinträchtigter Heilungstendenz. Diese hydroaktive Wundauflage ist speziell für die Reinigungs- und Granulationsphase chronischer und schwer heilender Wunden entwickelt worden. Der zentrale Bestandteil ist ein superabsorbierendes Polyacrylat (SAP), eingebettet in Cellulose- und Zellstoffasern, das mit Ringerlösung aktiviert wird. Durch die kontinuierliche Abgabe von Ringerlösung über bis zu drei Tage sorgt HydroClean für eine interaktive, kontinuierliche Wundspülung und fördert so die Reaktivierung stagnierender Heilungsprozesse. Gleichzeitig werden wundheilungsstörende Matrix-Metallo-Proteasen (MMP) inaktiviert, was eine optimale Wundbettvorbereitung ermöglicht.
