Die hydroaktive Schaumstoff-Wundauflage HydroTac® mit AquaClear Gel Technologie unterstützt einen beschleunigten und atraumatischen Wundverschluss bei akuten und chronischen Wunden.

Beschreibung

HydroTac® ist eine innovative Schaumstoff-Wundauflage, die speziell für die Behandlung von Wunden in der Granulations- und Epithelisierungsphase mit geringer bis mäßiger Exsudation entwickelt wurde. Die einzigartige AquaClear Gel Technologie sorgt für ein aktives, bifunktionelles Feuchtigkeitsmanagement im Mikroumfeld der Wunde: Das Hydrogel hält die Wunde optimal feucht und verhindert ein Verkleben, während die absorbierende Schaumschicht überschüssiges Exsudat zuverlässig aufnimmt – auch unter Kompression. Die äußere Polyurethan-Schicht ist gasdurchlässig sowie flüssigkeits- und keimdicht und schützt die Wunde effektiv vor Bakterien und äußeren Verunreinigungen. Dank des wundseitigen Gels wird ein atraumatischer Verbandwechsel ermöglicht, und der leichte Selbsthafteffekt erleichtert die Handhabung. Für eine dauerhafte Fixierung werden hypoallergene Fixierpflaster oder -binden empfohlen.
