Medicomp® extra steril ist die ideale Lösung für die allgemeine Wundbehandlung und eignet sich hervorragend für chirurgische Eingriffe. Diese luftdurchlässigen Vlieskompressen, gefertigt aus einer Mischung von Viskose- und Polyesterfaser, bieten eine erhöhte Absorptionsleistung dank ihrer zwei zusätzlichen Lagen. Frei von Bindemitteln und optischen Aufhellern, überzeugen sie durch ihre weiche Haptik und exzellente Saugfähigkeit. Als Primärverband sind sie perfekt für verletzte Haut sowie zur ersten Wundreinigung geeignet. Sie dienen ebenso als Trägermaterial für Desinfektionsmittel und Salben oder als Sekundärverband für akute und chronische Wunden. Die vierfach gelegten Kompressen sind in mehreren Größen erhältlich und können für größere Anwendungen problemlos auseinandergefaltet werden.
