Highly effective abrasive polish for random-orbit polishers that, when used with the Hybrid Wool Pad, achieves rotary-level results.

Description

This abrasive polishing compound is designed for use with random-orbit polishers and removes scratched or locally sanded paint layers. It delivers high removal rate while producing a high gloss finish, removes sanding marks up to P1500 grit, and eliminates deep scratches as well as etching caused by bird droppings, insects, and tree sap. It is silicone-free and low-dust.

It is particularly interesting because it allows the random-orbit sander to achieve a level of performance previously reserved for rotary polishers—with significantly less risk to the paint.

Shake the bottle and apply the product to a hard eccentric pad suitable for a 125- or 150-mm backing plate. Polish for about twenty seconds at medium speed, applying slight pressure to the machine; then continue polishing for about forty seconds at high speed and light pressure, followed by a second pass with fresh product. For deep scratches, the Hybrid Wool Pad can be used; however, the resulting gloss level will be lower. Remove any residue with a soft microfiber cloth and finish polishing with ExCut 04-06.
