Hochschleifmittelhaltige Schleifpaste für Rotationspoliermaschinen, besonders zur Restaurierung stark verwitterter Einschichtlacke.

Beschreibung

Die silikonfreie Schleifpaste hat einen hohen Schleifmittelanteil und trägt verwitterte und verkratzte Lackschichten ab. Sie entfernt Anätzungen durch Vogelkot, Insekten und Baumharz ebenso wie Staubeinschlüsse, Farbnebel und Schleifspuren, und arbeitet Schleifriefen von Schleifpapier P1200 heraus. In der Herstellerskala steht sie bei Schleifleistung 6 und Glanz 2 – der Schwerpunkt liegt eindeutig auf dem Abtrag.

Ihr eigentliches Einsatzgebiet sind stark verwitterte Einschichtlacke, wie sie an älteren Fahrzeugen vorkommen. Sie ist sehr bissig, bleibt lange offen und hat damit ein großes Verarbeitungsfenster – bei großen Restaurierungsflächen der entscheidende Punkt.

Flasche vor Gebrauch schütteln und das Produkt auf ein Lammwollpad oder ein hartes Schaumpad geben. In der ersten Phase mit 5 bis 10 kg Druck bei 800 U/min etwa 30 Sekunden polieren.
