Description

The Venturi Mixer is an automatic mixing device that blends windshield washer concentrates such as SONAX AntiFrost+KlarSicht (winter) or SONAX ScheibenWash (summer) with tap water in fixed mixing ratios. In winter, you can choose between a −10 °C and a −20 °C setting; in summer, the unit mixes at a 1:10 ratio. Simply connect the water hose and select the dosage.

This has evolved into a complete filling station as a value package: 1× Venturi mixer, 2× adapters, 1× vent, 3× riser pipes, and a 10-liter can, plus 100 rearview mirror tags and 100 windshield washer fluid container tags—a total of 208 parts. The tags are what really set this apart from the unit alone: They accompany the filled vehicle to the customer and record what was used to fill it.

It connects to 60-liter and 200-liter drums as well as 1,000-liter containers; the water hose is 5 meters long and fabric-reinforced, the discharge hose has a leakage resistance rating, and its safety has been certified by TÜV.
