Beschreibung

tesa® 52320 R besteht aus einem weißen PVC-Film (PVCH-Träger), der beidseitig mit einer inerten, naturkautschukbasierten Klebemasse beschichtet ist. Die niedrige Grammatur der Klebemasse ermöglicht ein äußerst präzises Schneiden und Stanzen, ohne Kantenaufbau und mit sauberem Schnittbild. Das Klebeband ist speziell für die Laminierung diagnostischer Teststreifen entwickelt und unterstützt den Ausschluss von Wechselwirkungen mit sensiblen Testmedien. Rollenlängen von bis zu 10.000 m erlauben eine nahezu kontinuierliche Produktion, minimieren Stillstandzeiten und erhöhen die Prozesssicherheit. Ein leicht abziehbarer, stabiler PP-Liner gewährleistet eine zuverlässige Verarbeitung auf automatisierten Anlagen und im Laborumfeld.
